Council member Kimball was elected to Council in November 2024 taking his oath of office in December 2024. Mr. Kimball was appointed to Council in 2020 serving until December 2021. Prior to Council, he served on Planning Board from 2010 to 2020 serving as Chair for a portion of those years.
