Kevin Webb joined the Town of Mills River in January 2023. Mr. Webb is a North Carolina Certified Zoning Official and has a Masters degree in Public Affairs from Western Carolina University. As Planning Technician, Mr. Webb is responsible for day-to-day zoning permitting, code enforcement, and provides customer service on behalf of the Planning & Zoning Department, delivering citizens and applicants a variety of information related to planning, zoning, subdivisions, code enforcement, development ordinance requirements, development project submittal and review processes, and other planning-related information.
